Initially I was going for passo / vitz but this forum persuaded me to go for Swift and Alhamdullilah I bought Swift DLX (graphite gray) last week from Macca motors...my first brand new car :)) and got the following complimentary items :

1. Seat Covers
2. Top Cover
3. Floor Mat
4. Matching mud flap
5. Wall Clock

I was pretty impressed with Macca motors since they delivered the car along with registration and insurance within 4 days as promised.

All DX owners if you have installed fog lights in your car and you still have the stock covers of the fog light area I am willing to buy them if you don't need them....

Bro u can even get stock cover from suzuki 3s Dealer but they charge very high..

Oh I know that bro....I just wanted the DX covers as once you install fog lights they are then useless and i want them for an experiment...

Wash with mitt and shampoo. Dry with MF. Apply wax, in shade preferably. Allow wax to cure. Wipe off wax with second MF cloth.

Any swift owner faced the issue that while driving there meter just gets stucked the rpm,speedometer, fuel lights of the Speedo only get stuck...I have faced this the second time in 2 years...

nope not in my 11 months with Swift.

Around normal speeds the speedo just gets stuck last time it was in am so the rpm and speed was at 30 when It for stuck I tried turn off the car and on it didnt help so removed battery terminals and it was fine .....last night it happened again but this time the lights were on so only Speedo lights went off Nd were flickering ...all instrument lights were fine...had to remove battery terminals again...

A visit to the dealership is evident and your car needs to be diagnosed via the diagnostic tools available over there. Get it checked asap in case God forbid it ends up in a major problem/ accident.

faulty wiring or most probably a loose jack that fits behind the instrument cluster.

My horn got problematic take it to the the electrician there is a sophisticated system present in the steering coulmn to my surprise a disc having a spiral cable.spiral cable was damaged it was soldered took around 2 hours.Thanks God Horn started working else disc is very expensive as per electrician.This horn system is also present in Toyota new models XLI/GLI etc.....

aoa... go suzuki dealer and ask them to check Earth wire connection( located below engine)..if its loose then this will cause interuption of current...hope its solved by doing this

Fellows I have posted this query before as well. Can I get a commercial OBD dcan guage for Suzuki swift.

I saw Suzuki SDT on a dealership but you cannot install that permanently in the car coz of its size.

In thr International models, fuel average is shown along side the clock display in the centre. Unfortunately, Na-Pak Suzuki has voided local city of this basic feature. There is no fuel average , range info etc. How to get that ???

Has anybody done this kind of modification ??????
