Suzuki Swift Reverse OEM Camera on Aftermarket Head Unit

I've got 2022+ Suzuki Swift and when trying to change the HU I saw the backup camera plug is proprietary and not RCA connector as normally with aftermarket units. Which needs normal RCA (ground and signal) and trigger wire.

Green plug has 3 wires, according to information on OEM HU, black wire is Ground, White wire is for Camera signal, Red wire is for 6V.

I put OEM HU back, out the car in reverse and plugged green connector, no trigger or picture. I put white plug without removing green, and reverse camera appears. Now when I removed the green connector, the reverse camera triggers but shows no signal.

This confirms, the camera wire is on the green connector and trigger is from white connector. I will buy ready made harness, but for now need to connect OEM Camera (6v) to aftermarket head unit (likely 12v).

I can make my own harness if pointed to correct direction.

Made DIY harness to get it working. Requires a bit of soldering skills, along with head shrink tube, tape/twisting wires is a bad idea.

This camera operates at 6v, unless aftermarket ones which operate at 12v. The brown wire (#4) from white connector provide signal as well as 12v which triggers backup camera.

I added a step down buck converter, LM2596, to step down to 6v, which made the camera to workt. 6v goes to red wire from green connector. You can use ground (negative) from power harness or from the chassis of the head unit.

Until I get ready made harness or another camera, I will stick to this solution for now. You can see below pictures.
