Sir, simply drive a Civic and you will know why its still selling for near 1 million after 5 years.

The thread was originated in January, I think the poster had already bought a car.

this is a perfect reply to his question not only this, the 05 and 06 top of the line variants of civics are still selling for abt 11-12lac rupees and this model had a factory control price ranging from 11lacs 70k for the vti prosmatec and the oriel variants were for 12plus

What ever you guys say if the new civic then it is good but old one for 1 million rupees is not a sensible decision.If you like sedan very much than why not new city by adding little more.

As the Suzuki here in discussion is the new Swift so you must be talking about it.
Have you driven the new swift?
Have you seen its interior and the quality?
If yes then you would,nt have posted this comment.

Sirs to sum up for the poster:

Nowadays even a base swift is not available for 1M, on road price is 1.15M, so it will be slightly used too.

Civic has better handling/ride quality, interior and luggage space and its a near executive car (in Pakistan).

Swift is the best Suzuki ever made, the exterior fit/finish will be better because its new, but the interior is not up to Honda or Toyota.

All the features with ABS are there and the engine is too world class, but after installing CNG, the luggage space will be lost and so will be the power.
