Suzuki Volty Engine Rebuild

Hi All,

Urgent help required, i have suzuki volty 250. Engine seized today what are my options?

1- Can I get a kabli engine and if yes then where should I look (I am in Rawalpindi)
2- Any suggestions where i can get it rebuild and if any one can suggest from where i can get the parts?
3- Swap (if possible what would you suggest)

I can tell you that a kabuli engine would cost some where around 30k to 58k as per market, I even have one in my warehouse as well but that is a bit on expensive side and also I am far from rawal pindi (in lahore).

If your engine died for the first time then better get it rebiult and source only brand new geniune parts do not go for chinese fake after market parts or generator parts as material, built type, quality, and there heat range is diffrent and engine will re sieze with in running period...

Only go for a rebuild if you have a Excellent mechnic at your disposal or if you can assemble it self by your own self ( I do it my self now) using work shop manual.

Thank you @vickytulla and @amjad635, it turned out to be not as worst i had imagined, however i am looking for a cdi unit and cant seem to find one or perhaps not looking at the right places.

Can any you Gents suggest me from where i can get hold of one or perhaps @vickytulla you have one available?

I had it but it was with the engine it was sold along with it. but your best bet can be checking out scrap market in bilal ganj if u r form lahore.

Unfortunately i am from Islamabad, i found one but guy is too stubborn to sell it, I will have to buy an engine in order to get the CDI from him.

Why not get it shipped online; its cheap and reliable to get a new one instead of begging the kabariyas and getting mugged buying old parts ?

Yup i ordered one yesterday hopefull will be here in two weeks time.
