Suzuki wagon r rpm high low idle wobbling problem

Suzuki wagon r 2014 model high low rpm on idle issue. Too much wobbling on idle specially with ac on. Jhatke lgte hen bht on 1st 2nd gear

Following is already done two times and with full detail

Throttle body cleaning
Plugs
Overall tuning

All say its throttle body issue but its not solving after cleaning it. Now one mechanic says replace throttle body. Please guide i am too frustrated right now. Engine ka full kaam kraya us k baad ye issue a rha he.

Scanner also shows ok no tdc or faults

Can you explain what you mean by full kaam karaya?
Do you mean overhaul?
The issue could actually be a faulty throttle body but I would inspect it myself first to see if it actually is clean.
What is the overall tuning that mechanics have done? This car does not need any tuning, only timely service or replacement of certain components.
