Suzuki WagonR 2021

AoA. Respected All, my elder brother purchased a new WagonR on 1st February 2021 and it just bogged down on Islamabad Expressway two day before.

Car’s Transmission System failed and it was just a sitting duck to be carried via breakdown to Suzuki Central Motors.

My brother just returned from abroad and he was accompanied by his family and I was driving the car.

The staff at Central Motors behaved quite obnoxiously and everyone was in a hurry to head his home to enjoy the Weekend.

Whole exercise took around 5 hours where we had to hand over the car for repairs.

It’s quite strange that a brand new vehicle just bogs down merely after running 225 KMs.

Staff of Central Motors isn’t cooperating for the replacement and is adamant to go for Factory Replacements of Gear Box that may take more than 14 days..

No Courtesy Car Available as it’s already with Some Other Affectee

First of all, so sorry that you had to go through this. When someone spends 20 lacs of their hard earned money, the least they are expecting is for a brand new car to break down.
I also have really bad experience of all Suzuki dealerships across the board. After going to 4 dealerships, I have been really set back by their unprofessional behavior. While coming back from the dealership today, I promised myself that I will never buy a suzuki new car if I have the money. I own a Suzuki WagonR and Mehran both 2015 models, and donon majboori mein for cheap cost, maintenance, and fuel.

Shouldn't have bought a suzuki at this price anyways, a used certified car would have served you way better, wagon r is like a hover board. Really sad thou.

My Suzuki Wagon R 2017 model giving mileage ph 12-13km/ l within city why is it so low . What is the general fuel average of this car by the way
