The car is a wagon R hybrid japanese (hybrid/ s-ene charge version). As the title says, the ecoidle icon is constantly blinking during start, driving and idling. Also the battery isn't taking charge when decelerating and nor is providing power to assist engine in drive.
What do you people think could be the issue?
