Avoiding "Own Money" and to get immediate delivery of a vehicle (having months long delivery time in general) might just be impossible. You may get a reduced delivery time if you've some reference in Manufacturer's factory/showroom/company.
You may simply google and find the contact numbers of nearest showrooms and ask them directly how long will it take to get your car after booking. And for lease info, you need to see your desired bank/s. You'll be required to get your loan approved from the bank and for that, you'll have to provide necessary documents. Decide on how much advance payment you are going to make and the tenure. That'll decide your monthly installments. Once your loan is approved and advance payment is made, you are ready to get your car booked. Or in case, a deal with some 3rd party to buy a used car is done, you'll immediately get the car.
If you go for islamic banking then for example in Meezan bank, you may pay as low as 15% in advance. And for this advance and a tenure of 3 years, your monthly installment will be around 30-35k. Bank claims the loan approval time is 1-2 days. If you are a job holder then see if some bank gives special discount for the employees of your company. For example, Askari bank has special rates for army/defense personals.
