I told him to pin up "Start" and "Ign" wires, but came to know last night that ECU relay is not wired up. What else I can do in this situation.

I didn't saw that relay there were 3 wiring harnesses all are missing relay.....Atta told me to connect 107 and 108 with relay and giving earth to rely by pin 15....supply of this rely should go to auto choke sensor but didn't do this bcoz 107 and 108 are for crank and cam shaft angle sensor
Here, have a look. This is how you are going to wire up the relay in your ECU. Now go ahead and find this 6-point relay and then update me, please.
