Replace The Leaky Injector.....Or The Set Of Kabuli Good Injector Set is For 1200-1500......

It Will Surely Make Them Better But Leaky Injector Is What Cause Issues...better Replace

Carb Cleaners Helps Me Clean Them Quiet Better And Faster......Not This Much Mess..

i used both....first petrol...to check how r they preforming...then crab cleaner...then again petrol to check the difference..

im gonna re do them with crab cleaner....

sir you warned me that i should not keep them open for long time....can you give me time period in which i can pass crab clener continuously....5seconds, 10 seconds?

sir did i checked the leaks correctly? like pressurizing system and dipping the injector in petrol.....

is this tha IACV valve? that green thing? i opened it and didnt see any thing to clean and lubricate..

where should this black pipe go? it was blocked

the black pipe is for the evap purge, the ISC valve itself is in the throttle housing, the green part is only the motor. Drop a teaspoon of ATF in valve itself to keep it lubricated otherwise it can wear the area around it.

For used ones - take a multimeter with you to check their resistance, also take your rig with you to test leakage. If they pass those two - send them to be sonicwave cleaned.

but sir the engine i put in my car was also kabli....so i think last owner runied them...

it is moving free...
i need a feeler gauge to adjust tps...them will fit t.b back..

the idle motor works by either rotating it open or closed - the ECU controls both functions from pins RSC and RSO, It will rotate freely when you open it. If it does not then clean it and let it soak in ATF for a few hours - soaking it in spindle oil is best.

and yes i adjusted the TPS as mentioned in the upper pic....

and today i installed every thing back....double checked every thing and gave it a self...it started on the very first self...without any smoke..
shuted it down started agin...did that 4 time..and didnt saw black smoke...

but when I shut down the car i can hear injectors leaking pressure in intake manifold....

and yeah the RPMs were too high....1500....could that be coz of wrong TPS setting?

p.s there is no vaccume leak..i put hand on the intake and it dies immidiately..

1500 rpm is the cold start rpm, wait for it to warm up and the thermostat to open, at this point the rpm should come down to about 900

okay now problem one (black smoke and missing on starting) SOLVED...

coming to next problem TRACTION....

when ever i launch the car...it never stays in its line it weather moves left or right it had to move steering to control it...it do the same on shifting gear........(this all happens on RaCe mode when driving normally its all Ok....

while driving in 2nd gear RPM at 3000......i floor the padel...car moves to left....leave the padel it moves right back.....

lower arm bush set changed
tie rod bush set changed
uper strut bar installed
lower strut bar installed

and the car is on 14 inch wheels, tyre profile 165/70/14
spacers are added to fit the wheels...spacers are just at the front

and yeah the places where lower arms are fixed locally known as "mookian" are newly built with 16guage metal sheet...old "mookian were rusted out...
