Swapping Complete Parts of Burned Honda Reborn

Hello respected PW users
I need your expert opinion and guidelines regarding my burned Reborn. In fact I have only papers in my hand which are in fine state rest everything is destroyed. Now some people advised to rebuild new car with Kabli parts including engine, body frame, each and everything.
What you suggest in said matter?
How I could updated my papers from excise department?
What is detail procedure?
I shall be highly grateful for your kind opinion and guidelines.

Forget you would never put that in geniune condition too much noises and issues will keep arising...that will force you to have every day evening tea with your mechanic...better from that money buy Mehran and enjoy life....I am seious...once I also took that **** Punga .....and afrer spending 6 lac on Wills mud jeep sold that in 3.40...scratched my nose on floor in front of my father....in western countries possible...as they have specialised techniques technologies tools and far most parts to bring that thing in shape...but in pakistan they do in such a messy and without any finish that...you regret after that...I hardly have seen a successful project

Sale it as it is. You wont be able to restore the car in genuine condition no matter what you do. Mr. UJ is correct.
