Swat/Kalam Winter Trip - Suggestions Required

I am planning a trip to swat and kalam with my wife from Feb 07, 2018. I have planned following itinerary but needed guidance with hotels, budget and which places we can visit in February. Here is the plan:

Day-01
Travel to Swat from Lahore at night through Daewoo.

Day-02
Reach mingora/swat in the morning
Visit swat bazar
Visit swat museum, butkara
Visit White Palace in marghzar
Night stay in white Palace hotel

Day-03
Travel to malam jabba
Enjoy chair lift and skiing
Night stay at Malam jabba

Day-04
Travel to Kalam
Visit kalam, Ushu forest
Night stay in Kalam

Day-05
Leave for lahore though daewoo

1. Is Daewoo reliable or is there any good service from Lahore?

Last year we went to Malaam Jabba in January and stayed there for two days.
It was really good experience. However, the hotel was not so good.
From Mingora, you can take local car (not so expensive) on rent to go to Malaam Jabba. Hotels at Malaam Jabba are quite reasonable (upto 3000 per night) and similarly food and other items are also on reasonable prices.

Kalaam is open; I talked to one of my friend from Kalaam on this sunday But you need to check before going there (in Jan/ Feb). Similarly for Kalaam you can either go on public transport from Mingora or can hire jeep.

We stayed in Malaam Jabba at Green Palace Hotel. Unfortunately, I do not have contact number of this hotel. But this hotel was not soo good. We used our own blankets. They do not have proper heater, generally they put stove with cylinder inside the room. At that time only this hotel was available as due to the skiing competition most of hotels were packed. There was lot of army deployment in the area, due to this road was almost blocked.
Please do not go to Malaam Jabba during the skiing competition

Well i visited kalam last week, there was a light snow fall on the day of our arrival, road till balogha/aabshar was open, but due to a glacier on way, mahodand lake was not accessible.. rest all other roads are open...
