I went on 10th October with mind to check Cultus:
Exterior is beautiful, fuel average is good however interior plastic quality is like Mehran (which i am driving from almost a decade) therefore I dropped the idea to get a cultus
Wagon-R interior is 2-tone (personally which feels better different than Mehran) and cabin is spacious, exterior is not retro nor dynamic but ok.
Swift exterior now retro just like Honda City however interior build quality and finishing is better than Cultus and Wagon-R.
you may also look Hona City MT 1.3 but its exterior is retro old shaped same from 2009 and interior AC knobs panel (in silver color) don't match with the overall interior look of dashboard giving a bad look overall (although in Aspire its black and fits in the overall color scheme of dashboard however that was out of my budget).

Therefore after a week's thought and taking opinions at pakwheels and from friends I have decided to book a Swift 2020 hopefully I'll do this week (Cultus VXR par 40k ka own tha and VXL only on booking, Swift par 80k ka own ya phir 60 days booking chal rahi thi 10th October ko and meray sochtay sochtay 35k price up ho gi overnight few days back - anyways will book the car in few days insha ALLAH

My reason for choosing swift instead of cultus/wagon-r is build quality of Swift which is way better than cultus and wagon-r. Plus swift discontinue nahi ho rahi new generation launch ho rahi hay next like that of Honda City.

Plus my personal advice have a look on showroom to Honda City & Yaris as well , with few lacks addition to your budget you can get both of these sedans though i didn't liked both. Yaris ki shape nahi pasan and City ki reason oper bata chuka hoon
