Swift clutch plate! urgent advice needed!

i have a 2012 swift Dx
i have it for 8 months now, and it has done about 2600 Km AlhamduLillah
recently i have been crossing BRTS and there is alot of traffic jam there
everyday, driving for 1 hour/45 mins there is like

car stop... moves few feet..stop and so on
clutch used both times when accelerating and stopping
2nd gear tak b nobat ni ati
will this harm my clutch ?
and if yes, how much? how long will my clutch plate last before giving up? :( assuming 30-45 min of traffic jam daily

Try to avoid rush hours.. my brother`s office located at Saddar.. at 5pm , the whole saddar is full of traffic.. then he stay at office and leave office near at 6 :30 pm..

Avg Life For Good Clutch Is 50k KM.....!! Maybe You Need Change Around 45k kms....

Lol...I dont know about swift though but I have rigourously used cultus (rush traffic, long routes, hieghts), and one of my family member abuses the clutch by giving extensive race and not releasing the clutch. Even then my pressure + clutch plate have successfully managed to live through 5.5 years, its now i feel it needs replacing coz gears shifting is not so smooth but i think it will last about 10k km more before i need to change it.

If PKDM suzuki cultus's clutch plate lasts so long, your JDM suzuki Swift's should last more.

And a side question, my swift is JDM? what's the difference?

AFAIK Swift is Japan Assembled, its an imported car while other teenn dabbas are Pak Assembled (in Karachi)

Obvioulsy, Quality and standards in Manufacturing. Also all parts are japanese made, while PKDM uses a lot of body kit parts that are locally made.

Depends on your usage. Just make sure that you keep your foot off the clutch paddle once you have changed the gear. If you keep your foot at the paddle and think you are not pressing it, you might be wrong so its better to keep it off.

I wonder you ve new car nd u r curious abt clutch plates
Mine city lasted after 7 years, and that was because of driving in deep water the clutch begins to squeez n get hard
So i replaced
If standing for long, make the car relax by keeping it neutral mode and more over switch off engine(if not moving for long)
