Hi,
I am looking to purchase multimedia steering buttons for swift DLX navigation 2017 (with stock Automate headunit). Will they work with it without any additional wirings/connections?

I recently got my steering changed to multimedia one and they did modify a few things behind in the wiring of multimedia.
Didn't get the chance to ask, other than that, all you have to do is map the steering keys in multimedia and you are good to go.

Okay so I particularly opened the multimedia to install a new one, so your multimedia has different wires for the controls
Most head units have single wire of controls but very few got two wires as well.
All you have to do is take 3 wires from your steering to multimedia box where one connects to ground, one connects to parking light i.e. DRL, if your multimedia buttons got lights and third one has to be connected to the control wire of multimedia.
