Swift dx 2013.please help with this error code

Hi. I have swift dx 2013 august model..leased thriugh bank with tracker installed..now for the last 25days.i habe a strange problem. Some times check light turns on and turns off automatically..when i take my vehicle to suzuki sethi motor lahore they check through STD scanner and thia error code comes p0031..suzuki people reset the code and after 3 to 4 days again same check light comes and same.error.xode appeares on std.suzuki people.says this is issue of tracker wiring. The sensor is ok...i m telling them if sensor is.not ok then replace it in waranty but suUki ppl say ots teacker wiring fault..plz if anyone knows what error is this..help me.thanks

Ask them to plot O2 sensor graph. It should constantly swing from 0.2 something to 0.9 volts. If its not its doomed. Yes they dont want to claim warranty. Similar to this i have done to my car with my own scanner

Here is what i got from Suzuki swift workshop manual.

.. *P0031 HO2S heater control circuit low
(Sensor-1) Heater current is less than specification while heater ON. 2 driving
cycles
.. *P0032 HO2S heater control circuit high
(Sensor-1) Heater current is more than specification while heater ON. 2 driving

Download the workshop manual from here and go to page No. 94 and diagnose the cause. Hope it will clear your issue.

thanks dear..should i go to suzuki sethi motors? only this error comes when std is connected,,when they clear it..it comes again with check light..

If it comes again this means that for sure there is a problem

Only if its a Narrow Band O2 Sensor.

if this happened after the trakker install then its possible that the tracking unit tech was sort of daft, he has tapped into the heater circuit wiring. Or has messed with the ground side of it.

In either case - suzuki techs should be able to test and write up this fault, which should be billed to trakker. The Karachi office has paid a lot of bills this way when they mess up cars. At first they will try to harass you, sometimes even put duress pressure of military etc. Get it in their head that they are responsible for this - you need technical proof for this which suzuki workshop can provide.

Tracker was installed in august 2013 during purchase from bank.now the check light error started in april 2014.my fuel average is not changed and no problem grossly.just i hate this check light when it reappers and disappears..what should i do now?

Hello I am also facing that error. Tech guys of mini motors are trying to solve it by hit and trial method but all is vain. Please respond if that problem is solved.
