Swift Engine Dies all of sudden---Help plz

AOA. I have Suzuki Swift 2013 and now I am facing a very strange issue with my car. Sometimes its engine dies all of sudden in the middle of the road. What I have observed that it cuts off the electric supply to cluster panel and odometer shows no reading, fuel and temperature gauge also dies. The power steering also dies. But most interestingly, headlights, audio system, lights, horn, and indicator works absolutely fine. All the appliances which are controlled by ECU die.

This situation remains for the different span of time e.g some times for 10 minutes and some times for 20 minutes.

Now same happened to me and when I removed -ive terminal of the battery and reinstalled it, the electric system got back its life and odometer showed readings and all guages started to work. But as i told you, that electrical system worked due to removal and installation of -ive terminal to wash out the ECU so its tartrs but right after 1 KM, engine dies again. After some time, the electrical system got back its life and now is runnign smoothly.

Before this i inspected my car by an electrician and he checked it with the help of scanner. Found no issue, all reading and sensors are ok.

I am unable to understand the issue. What could be the possible issue with this car?

Try checking with another ECU. Looks to me like there is something wrong with it

Get it checked by an EFI electrician. Most probably a bad ECU or there is something wrong in ECU grips.

Did you find solution? I have the same issue mine Is 2011 manual and same exact situation, after drive of 30 40 minute this issue occurs and nothing on obd scanner. After some time if I start it it works normal.

Does it have or did it ever have a trackker

The car needs to be diagnosed in its “failed” state.

For this the mechanic/tech needs a deep level scan tool to manually get in the modules that are still active to see which item has shut off and causing the ecu shutdown.

Removing terminal is not a fix and may cause bigger failures.

Issued was fixed which was caused by a tracker.

Thank you all for your input. Previous owner installed tracker and didn't informed me. After lapse of its valid subscription, company was turning on and off the tracker. Anyways, I visited two electrictions and atlast one of them was able to touble shoot the acutal issue.
