Swift glx cvt not moving in D Shift

My glx cvt suddenly stopped moving in D or L. I parked my car for 2 min only and when I started again and shift to D gear it is not moving. Upon much deliberate acceleration movement is slight forward and it looks like something is holding the tyre. Handbrake is also ok. There is no check light or anything. Transmissions oil is also up to the mark.
Going smoothly in reverse gear and also moving in neutral gear. In D or L it is not moving forward.
Anyone else faced the same situation? Or any solution to that?
Car only completes 1500 km mileage. Almost brand new.

Take it to dealership what are you waiting for. Isn’t this car in warranty?

its a new 1500 km old vehicle and still under warranty, tow it to dealership. also please check for any oil spillage sign at your parking spots. do not forget to share details of actual issue after it is fixed.

Such a poor response from Pak Suzuki and their dealership.
I lodged official complaint and they registered my complaint and referred to nearest dealership. Two anari mechanics came with just screw driver and pliers as if they came to tighten nut bolt of a bicycle. Anyways they failed to identify any fault and told me to lift the vehicle to showroom. I asked them to borne the lifting charges which they clearly refused. Pak suzuki officials also refused to pay the lifting charges. Anyways I opted to lift the vehicle to the dealership where my car was originally invoiced. They too after spending few hours failed to identify any fault and told me that your car suddenly started working fine in D gearshift and they have informed pak suzuki and awaiting their reply. They will held my car for one more day and test again for the same issue.
This is pathetic from Pak Suzuki. They don't know the fault and it resolved itself surprisingly. I don't know what to do. If the same problem persists and again I get stuck in the middle of nowhere.
Any one here knows the procedure to file complaint in consumer court if I need to.
My travel pattern is mostly long routes and I cant decide how I can rely on this car now.

if i am not sure, the CVT unit is not made by Suzuki but some other japanese supplier. Maybe they need to send this case to manufacturere to find out root cause.

For the reliability part, u can search online for the views and reviews of same transmission to build a point of view.

i also have got the same car, 10k driven now, no such issue happened, used regularly in normal way

JATCO - aka nissan - make the worst CVT on earth. the usual fail of failing to engage forward drive in a brand new car is a disconnected or bad range sensor on the transmission itself.

You should check some new nissans, utter complete trash, by comparison Pakistan suzuki are mercedes quality.

so it means the dealership fixed the sensor but reporting that it started working by itself.

I have almost made my mind to buy this car but now I think I should go for a used JDM vitz in same price.

I have an old vitz and I was planning to UPGRADE to swift but look like I should find a newish vitz instead.
