Swift resale and suggestions

Dear All,

I am planning to buy a new Swift DLX and need your valued suggestions regarding:

• Best resale value with respect to color
• Benefit / disadvantages of buying the Navigation option in DLX

Any other suggestions regarding the vehicle from existing owners more than welcome. After all it's a big investment, so might as well be careful

I am no expert in resale but as for colour suggestion, according to internet white, black and silver are the top 3 colours for cars sold in 2015. In my opinion white and silver look good in the Swift. Another could be Golden. Dust shows least on these colours

As for navigation, if you travel frequently to unknown towns and cities then its a good option otherwise in my opinion Nav is just a gimmick. Hope this helps.

White silver and black are hot selling colours. White and silver are easy to maintain but black needs a driver to maintain.

Thanks for the suggestion guys, I will be going for white because it looks sporty, will be better for hot climate like Pakistan, and will have better resale value.

Now I am worried that these Suzuki dealers keep unclean cars in their stock. So how to make sure that the car is not used and meter set back? Also, how to check if the car at showroom is of the latest 2016 model? Because Suzuki shape has not changed for many years, so how to check whether dealer has old stock car or new car? Suzuki Federal Motors in Islamabad is the only one that looked reasonable... Azim motors has very poor sales and the cars are extremely dirty.

No way to recheck if meter is reversed however in the case of used car being sold as new, that would be very much less likely to expect from a showroom than a regular car dealer. Check the car documents, the model year tells the year in which the car was manufactured.
