Swift speedometer stopped working

Assalamualaikum,
I need some quick assistance.
The speedometer of my Suzuki Swift 2010 suddenly stopped working, everything else, like RPM meter, petrol guage, car cool status and ODO reading are working as per norm. It's just the speed nidle which is stucked at Zero.

Any idea what could be the reason.?

Theree is a VSS(Vehicle speed sensir) on gear box. Get that checked from someone.

How your issue was resolved. I also faced the same issue. Today.
Last week mechanic adjust hand brake by opening it's cabin, can it be the cause of this issue.

if the engine managment light is on and says vehicle speed sensor if you have replaced the vehicle speed sensor and its still not working try changing the abs ring the problem
will go away

My meter problem has been resolved if u r from lahore then go to faisal town Arif meter works opposit faisal town thana
He put the whole meter out and make it in working position Alhamdolilah
