Swift to City CVT

i am currently using Swift (Manual) 2020 Model its a good car its grip and pickup is great. i live in outskirts of karachi so my daily travel in 65 kilometer mostly Use Highway and Express way and its giving me average of 14 to 15 KM (some times 13)

now i want to switch to Automatic Transmission i am thinking to buy city 1.2 CVT ,some people give negative comments on its power (underpower ), saw some youtube videos people saying it has cabin noise issue

can you guys give me honest reviews about Honda CITY 1.2 CVT hows its Power, Noise , Fuel Mileage, comfort and build quality ?

The best upgrade for you would be to hop on board the new generation of Swift, All the things you mentioned are better in SWIFT compare to New City or even Yaris. Then after the features, let's look into the Price Tags, Even in that Swift will be better compared to CITY.

Go for 1.5 Aspire CVT , you would enjoy the power and Drive. Avg would be aroiund 11 12 i guess.

If you don't need trunk or want subcompact sedan, I would suggest upgrade to new swift. It have K12 fuel efficient engine. It has all bells as whistles as well. Otherwise City 1.2 and or Yaris 1.3 should get the job done, Yaris 1.3 AT is not very fuel efficient though.

Go for city eyes closed. Even in future you have requirement for trunk voila, you have it

1.2 cvt is not bad at all, for normal driving its a perfect car, no quality issues, reasonable in-city fuel economy and every thing else is fine. One issue that could be irritating for a few is that when you floor the car, sudden acceleration you will hear engine noise, this noise is alot less in the 1.5 variants, the price difference between 1.2 cvt and 1.5 cvt is very little, with the slight cost difference you get the goodies worth it, you get cruise control, better airconditioning, bigger engine that is much smoother and some cosmetic improvements like chrome handles and shark anteena etc.

I would stronly suggest that consider city 1.5 basic if you are following a buget, or yaris ativ x for that matter, (ativ X is also strongly suggested) there is negligable cost difference and much better that 1.2 cvt, if you want the best, i would recommend aspire.

go for 1.2 city or 1.3 yaris only and only if you want manual
