Dear members, For Cultus VXL-19 @5000Kms, Suzuki changed first oil 5w30 (They tricked the driver, as OW20 was not available with them at that time
immediately average / km dropped, Now I am planing to replace 5w30 with OW20 @ 10,000 KM
But Suzuki Service manager suggesting that at 20,000Km you have to change grade to 5w30 even if you are using 0w20, So that is why we pour 5w30 in first place (seems illogical)
Any one has idea about that, would it be ok if i change to OW20 @10K
and It is necessary to change oil grade at 20,000 to 5W-30
