I think your car is also having direct fan and no t.valve. In such a situation this much drain interval is insane...

carby cultus has hydraulic lashes so no issue of zddp.

hydraulic lifters do need greater amount of zddp as well i-e 1500ppm

I am using havoline formula 10w30 from day 1 and planning to stick to it as i am getting superb performance from the engine it lasts around 6 to 9 k but i change at 7 to 8 k and after 140k odo engine is still soundless water dropping

i m also using formula in my cultus but change it after 4500km and caltex dealer is also suggest to change after 5000km... can you tell me after 5000km it harm ur engine... i think after 5000km oil loses their detergent and additive capibility ... i m surpised to hear that after 8000km oil change interval...

I am just telling you what i have been doing from a decade , plus oil manufacturing companies are there to increase their sell not for the costumer's benefit, next time after 4500km do a self test of engine oil about its condition you will come to know why i am doing it at 7 to 8 k and still getting superb performance

I m using 10w30 havoline formula for my cultus 2007 and found satisfactory but now fond vibration at same RPM (1000) should I Change my engine oil

Exactly, i am also shocked to hear that he uses such a simple mineral oil for 8k kms, It should be replaced before 5k

Dont got for fancy oil.. remember carby Cultus has 90s era engine.. though Pakistani plate says 2004. Keep using regular oil and change after 3-4k kms..avoid any synthetics or fancy oils

Please suggest me Best Oil Company with Oil Grade for my Suzuki Cultus 2010 Model. Engine is good and water dropping.
And How many KMs I will change Engine Oil.

I use Zic 10w40 Fully synthetic (X7) with original "VIC" branded filter and "Guard" brand Air Filter. I change all oil, and both filters exactly at mileage of 8,000 Kilometers.

When i do not get "Vic" oil filter, then i use "Guard" filter and then i used to change oil & both filters at 6,500 Kilometers.

When i had carby cultus, i used zic 10w40 (X7000) which was also fully synthetic, mileage interval i always follow sam (if using good Quality oil filter)
8,000 Km for Fully synthetic
7,000 Km for Semi-Synthetic
6,500 Km for Synthetic Formula
5,000 Km for Mineral oil
