td04 is not a evo turbo. So first you need to identify which turbo are you specifically looking at?

td04 is evo turbo ! search in net if u dont know ! td05 12g can also work or t25g garret ! engine is 4efte ! I NEED TURBO DONT NEED SUGGESTIONS PLZ

you need to research first and then post claims PLUS respect what the other one is saying.
I've both therefore i know what evo7 comes with and what evo3 has

The Series of Td04-td04HL never came in any evo, evo III came with 16 small-large, even galant vr4's never came with a td04, it is that small. Td04 came in mitsubishi RVR, google and youtube it and you'll find out what is a RVR. There are loads of td04 at shershah, you can easily find one for 5k-7k depending on shaft play etc.

Td04 are very small and will probably add another 4-5lbs airflow which isnt worth spending for.
search around 16g(large) or even small are one the the best fit turbo capable of flowing upto 36-38lbs much much higher then ur current ct9.
Galant VR4s, Eagle Talons, Summitts and Eclipse came in with 16g-td05h turbo either small or large and few versions came with td04.
To me spending money and opting for a td04 is not worth it but its ur car
