What is the procedure on getting a TD-Number plate and do police bother u with a TD plate?

true, but what can we do, i avoid them by taking a turn as soon as i see them, whether unreg or reg

So can a normal individual obtain a TD plate from the Excise office? and it can be used on one particular vehicle only or a person who sells one car and imports another one can he use the same TD plate on another car?..
What r the charges to obtain a TD plate and does the police still bother you if u r driving with a TD plate.
Lastly can a person drive a fresh imported car unregistered without TD till the 3 month period??

True but somewhere on earth, there comes a time when we have to use illegal ways, no matter how much we try to change, we r forced to do the bad.
You r very late for a meeting, a police officer stops you for absolutely no reason and when he sees you hurrying up he delays more knowing that u will pay and in the end if u r a big guy u just have to name the source or if u r a Mango Man, u have u take out a red note and hand it over. these guys can make your life miserable.

Hahaha i agree but the only thing they stop is because my car is dirty like hell ...i dont have time to nor i can do it myself !!
secondly de car z having tints & thats why they straight away ask me fr 500 lol but i mostly make up the deal at 50 or 100 or sumtyms 150

If you don't want to be afraid of police walas or traffic walas or Rangers than always abide by law. I do that no tints on any of my cars. All legal cars registered under my name or father's. Never paid any policeman any amount till now. Have been to Sindh Punjab Balochistan. Karachi Police is way easier to tackle if you know you are right.

My practice if you see snap checking or police walas checking cars... Have them check your car deliberately ask them to call CPLC for clarification atleast you will have peace of mind that ur car is CPLC clear instead of u calling CPLC every now and than

As here I have seen people use temporary number on cars mostly... this is not TD red plate but the normal series non computeried era number...
