Yes it was nice meeting, very productive day at the yard, I ended up buying some serious KGs of parts for BeeMog, now I have got my license to rollover the mog again

I wasnt able to spare anytime for my rides in last 6-7 months, until last week when I picked up some spares from mog killers & finalized the plan to take it to snow with DD.

Today BeeMog was started after our Last year's summer trip, just put inn the new batteries and changed the glow plugs, went for a short ride to re-fill the tyres which, pressure was only 5 psi on both wheels on the right side and I was praying that it should reach the pump. Air pressure was reduced to 15 psi on KKH to add comfort to the ride & it was further reduced to 12 psi in the rear wheels while we headed to chilas from Skardu, this was the reason of mog cruising on KKH and absorbing all the bumps, though this low pressure has eaten up the tyres!

Beemog's rear parachute has been replaced with fresh tarpaulin. Past experience has proved that parachute is a BIG NO for this job. Canvas is much better option.

New tarpaulin doesn’t have any buttons, they are replaced with Velcro tape which is much easier to handle and also doesn’t leave any gap for winds.

Observed leakage on rear hubs, luckily found originals from Rawalpindi but at some serious cost, also odometer replaced, steering wheel also replaced, previous one had desi emblum welded in the center

@G55, welcome to the club, pls also post some pictures of your ride. Killers are mostly located in Lahore and few in Gujranwala, they prefer cutting down the vehicles in the same city from where they buy the lot. What parts are your looking for?

will defiantly post some pics. i need the indicators emblems and thats sort of things. also need some advise or i need to get hold of mogs owners manual bec need to under stand all the gears levers. engine running smooth so no issues there for now. thanks

You will get indicator light and rear light covers from Bahu/babu Mohallla Rawalpindi, its 3rd last shop on the right side, the guy has good collection of older car lights and displayed them as well. Ask him for Unimog lights, it would be easier if you can take a sample with you (broken light). I can arrange a sample if you don't have one. Merc desi Emblum is easily available, for original, there's an old Merc kabaria located just before Gawalmandi on the right side of the road if you are approaching from Sadar sid.

Where are you located in Isloo? (PM me), I can pay a quick visit to help understanding the gearing ratios and combinations, they are also posted in detail by DD on this forum, would have to explore punga for that

Gearing is bit confusing when it comes to reverse.... it will be a 2 minutes fone call when your mog is start and you are ready to take a spin. either call Basch or DD for gearing instructions.

we planned a mogging in snow last week, unfortunately Basch didnt manage to join the team... I took BeeMog from islamabad and had a blaster mogging session in 42.34 Inch snow :P.... the update on canvas is that its 100% waterproof ... stayed all night in rain and snow and a zero moisture observed on canvas.... means job weldone...

and thanks Basch for last minute job on vipors .... they were saviour on the snowy night our way back from khanaspur to bhurban...

Previous design had no connection with the driver cab, now they are connected as well, which will reduce the communication gap between the driver/navigator and passengers. Windows have been added on the side walls to make it more practical and easy to use instead of folding the complete side for view. Here are few pictures!
