Cool! I saw this years ago on Discovery (or maybe it was BBC Top gear). The setting was the North Pole, Iceland or someplace similar where the 4 x 4's were operated in extreme cold weather, in snow with low tyre pressures and they would come off the rims quite easily. They would spray lighter fluid or something in the tyre, introduce a spark and ...boom the tyre would self inflate to the same low pressure state but would be seated on the rim properly.
The only thing I would add here is to keep your face away when introducing the spark or fire to the tyre.
