Project BeeMog to tune up for Team Unimog Punga 2012.
Received a long list on upgrades by Basch. actually Basch was only interested in operational Diff Locks those were freezed and i guess never used in last 25years. it was real challenge and Alhamdulillah lockers on BeeMog is now operational. still waiting for an incentive from Basch .

new addition to BeeMog is Milemarker hydraulic winch and luckly it was mounted on chassis as perfect as it should be with 6 point bolt to hold it tight back on chassis.

this time raohamid aka GG suggested to replace the exhaust muffler with one that is used in bigger mogs like 416 that has inline 6. Basch and raohamid went to turnol and hunted the required muffler with bigger In and Out holes. Also In and Out holes facilitated in reducing atleast 3 bends that were used while bhamboosa/exhaust fitting of DeeMog. Idea was simple, practical and we could see due to free flow we can add few horses.

MileMarker was very lucky hunt, I wasnt expecting her to fit bolt onn to chassis with 24v solenoid & Hydraulic power, review says that she just keeps on pulling, lets test "all other will be winched" tomorrow.

Bhambhoosa upgrade was planned and procured long ago, we discussed this few pages ago before execution on DeeMog.

Then RKR aka gg aka RaoHamid rejected the old exhaust pipes and dholki we had in the mogs, so we went for the hunt of 2.5 tonner oval shaped which are considered as better, bigger exhaust pipe, noise & viberation reduction treatement. We will have an apple to apple comparison after tomorrow's drag race between the 2 mogs

Tools Used: Steel lever to stretch the tyre, Highly Flammable gas, paper, matchstick, Air-pump with ability to compress a Truck Tyre & one sashay of Sunsilk.
Time Consumed: Less than 4 Minutes, this includes the Air-up to 35 PSI

this mog is working quite fine, felt really gud to finally take it out on the road, the gearbox noise does concern me though... other thn that... u can see that its in its final restoration phase... jus needs minor finishing touches aftr which it would be complete...

GREAT!!!!! Now when and where should I come to ride along and drive it a bit? Just few CMs will do. :$(A)(A)(A)
