well the plan is i will buy 4 tires of above patren in 10.5 R20 and 2 tractor tires in 12.5 R20 so that we could switch rear tires with tractor ones as per difficulty of terain.

Tires look goodd for rough terrain and they should be a lil road friendly as well!

But make sure they are not aged/hard... people think that softness doesnt really matter on rough surface but it does to quite an extent!
