@DeeDee, Enough punga for mechnical jobs. I am not taking power assist punga for a while & would wait for your input on the experiment. Regarding Diff lock, oil is travelling with a very slow speed, finally it has reached the rear T attached to diffs, this task has been left for the coming weekend, but this is a must do, during my yesterday's test run the sound of diff was become heavier when I Engaged the lock, anyways I am hopeful that this will work!
After new shocks ride is very comfortable, I tested it on speed breakers, earlier the rear dala was taking a jump (something similar to trawley :)) Now it was very smooth. Tried to test the new articulation after this change but couldnt found an appropriate terrain.
Engine is delivering good power but the exhaust is bit smoky, its tappid, timing & Nosels seats might need some tune up, planned in the last week of Ramadan.
My next tasks are the body work on front corners, fitting of Geinune Meters, followed by wiring Job, extra fuel cans holder, Speedo Meter cable, How have U tied up & secured the batteries, pls share some snaps.
A roll cage, winch & a tool box with necessary spares will prepare it for cross country expedition, what urs, RKR's & fishak's plan for next dakar
