I 2nd u Tomm Buddy on the steering issue as the wider the tires we mount in the Front wheels the more the chances are they will touch the frame/ body mean decrease in turning radius
Bigger tires at the back are good for traction too, the performance of the vampire/tractor tires will be more notable with wider one´s at the back . Observe the tractors in mud or tuff terrain
Moti Guddi wala Power Lug is better
The Wider it is, the better is the tread mark

if u cant find any R20 vampires, v can add a ring to the rim to increase the R i.e Radius size n install R22 or R24 (6)

Are we sure B2 is 12V? My B2 is wired 24V and has 2 batteries.

it is usually a practice of electricians to use connection from one battry if 12v needed....Doc can you double check for us

B2 engines comes with both 12V & 24V. The 1 I saw was 24V, B2's is more reliable than the 1 fitted in Mazda, however its installation would need some fabrication of brakets. Front pully will also be swaped with the old Bosch gen I have. Its in pipeline

@ Fihsak, thank U. surely I need assistance from Team Unimog to move this rig. I am waiting for brakes job, once its done then I would be targeting on roll cage, seats in the dala and some facial to get it back in shape.

As recommended by U, Caltex CL-90 Oil has been used in Gear which took 6.5 liter, front & rear differentials which took 2.5 liter each. Engine Oil has been also changed. Points noted for next tuning

The tough job is still in process – Brakes, it’s not giving pressure to the wheels. Left rear wheel cylinder was a big question mark, nipple was also not bleeding the oil,

My Brother has taken over the Punga Project for next couple of days, He went to Mog Killer & found a clean rear cylinder & will replace it shortly. Front diff lock nipple was also not in good shape so he found that as well. Few other things he purchased is new Master Cylinder (he still in the opinion to Fix the Brake on genuine system initially & then go for servo - to avoid a double paddle servo :)). Engine Exhaust had cracks & it was not delivering a sweet sound, he has got that as well from there, Original chain grip to mount the extra wheel in dala, 24v Temp gauge for engine & Fuel gauge + Speedo Meters (original which are larger in diameter, will share the snaps).

Regarding Diff lock,

1st two snaps are of rear portals. On one side there is oil supply pipe & a nipple, the other side is clean. Pls review and advice

Adeel, it is different, I will share the # stamped on the diff & more snaps. Furthermoe, mine doest have the rod @ bottom connecting two sides, it doesnt have the bracket as wel.
