@fishak, All mechanical stuff was completed on last Sunday, bro I am looking for fabricator who can shape-up the sheet to fix the new meters in the aluminum sheet & also some shahska needed on cabin’s corner, followed by paintjob & later in the season a new hood for the cabin.

@DeeDee, This is on the top of my list, I am pursuing him continuously, sooner or later, this will surely be done, beshak Germany sey saman lana paray

Cutting Alluminium (or steel) sheet cleanly with a finish is a technically demanding issue without proper equipment. The usual way here is to use a chisel and a hammer to cut out the desired shape out of the sheet and then grind the edges. There will be some dents but in the hands of an expert, the finished product should be good. Offcoarse we are not comparing to Plasma or Laser here.

Can you post a picture of the proposed panel or the guages you want to fit into it? What guage sheet do you want to use? 14 G would take more work to cut but will give a better finish. Will wait on the pics.

I have bought a unimog too, will be adding pics soon. Infact I just registered with Pakwheels to be part of your forum. I need help in fixing my unimog, I hope I get some help from this forum. I dont know much about unimog, just got it since I loved it since ever. According to the seller, my unimog is in running condition just needs some fixing to get back in runing condition and body works too. I will be getting the delivery after Eid. Any suggestions who to engage for fixing it, any recommended mechanic and body works painter? 0345 5353535

I am really excited to be part of the club. I wasnt much determined but now after seeing the pictures of you guys having fun I am getting more excited. I got the mog from an auctioner in Tarnol area. According to him its in running condition. Though I didnt check it yet, will be getting the delivery after Eid and then to start work on it. I am not sure where to take it and how to restore it.

I didnt know its a big punga, if I knew it before buying it I would have not taken it. But now I have hope since now I know ppl who are willing to help me.

By the way whats the latest with your mog? Is it ready? I saw some pics of you guys off roading in mud, is that your restored mug?
