Tesla duty structure

I was looking into importing a car from japan and was set on prius phv which cost me
45 lakh duty+ 50 lakh car + 6 lakh urgent shipping and 5 lakh passport= 106lakh
I saw a tesla model 3 long range selling for around 71 lakh yet my agent is not giving me a firm answer on its duty. according to my knowledge the model 3 long range is selling at 7mil yen new minus 2% depreciation for 30 months 60%= 2800000 60% duty = 1680000 yen meaning 3.5 mil rupees.
71+ 35 +6+5= 118 lakh
And the million rupee question. Am I calculating it right?
