I have a infinisolar 10kw 3Phase
Which have 2 solar input
In pv1 i have 18 panels of 155watt 86v by tsmc
In pv 2 i have 27 panels of 155watt

Total input of pv is 6975

daily production is unknown as of yet don't have too many appliances to run
at 11:00 my batteries (155ah X4 x2 from narada p-gel) were full and with all load of house which was 5.10kw my pv was producing 5.22kw

load was
microwave 1000w
iron 1000w
lights 4 x 25= 100w
celling Fans 7 x 90w=630w
washing machine auto water heating about 2000w
fridge + freezer = 300w

In terms of chemistry there is not much difference between flooded and deep cycle. They are both flooded batteries. Some deep cycle batteries use gel instead of liquid electrolyte, but they all work the same. The only difference is that deep cycle batteries have thicker plates and are better suited for greater depth of discharges, such as in solar or UPS application.

Nobody is producing deep cycle batteries in Pakistan. Local battery manufacturers produce batteries for automotive use and they cannot bear the kind of discharges that we impose on them. Recently Volta/Osaka has started producing tubular batteries. The technology behind tubular is also the same, but the design of the plates is different and they are more tolerant to greater discharges and should perform better than flat plate lead acid batteries. But these are still not deep cycle batteries.

I will disagree with you. Pakistan Accumulators Ltd (Volta and Osaka) are producing very good UPS Batteries and have built a good export reputation.
The problem is that people do not care for the batteries and then blame the product. Temperatures above 25C are poison for your battery..

I am not talking about quality of battery, I am talking about type of battery.

Ambient temperature is not something you can control. The main problem is unavailability of quality electrolyte, poor quality chargers and putting a battery to rapid discharges that it was not designed for.

my mistake pv1 is 21 panels pv2 is 18
some time pv1 works more and some time pv2 when there is no load greater than pv output
example
when load is under 1kw and both can generate more than 1kw then some time pv1 is 1kw and pv2 is 0 or the other way around
pv2 goes to 1kw and pv1 goes to 0

Installed 1 kva tesla inverter with 300 watts panels. .need to be extended to 600 watts in future. ..used same wiring of ups and output is only Live wire

Your battery max voltage seems very low. 52 is not the right voltage. Increase it to 56v

Bro you are right actually my battery bank is not fully charged thats why its ahowing 52v rather i set its float at 54.4v

But pls check to be sure because if float is set at 54.4v then it should charge at high amps tilll around 54v then reduce and secondly i checked it with a hydrometer that at 54v the reading is 1180-1190. It should be 1265 at full charge which is at 56v.
