neutral for entire home remains common wire, above diagram is correct, but again on load, neutral is present on every switch so you don't have to take a special neutral to the load, take it as what so ever is available in socket.

Yes, Output Neutral of UPS or Solar inverter is shorted with the Input Neutral points of UPS and Solar. Now, you will run the Red which is live wire of UPS or Solar output to the entire home and will not short that with the live wire from Wapda as frequency mismatch will definitely blow away the inverter and all the electronics attached.

I did not understand your relay question, remember photoelectric relay, time relay or for matter of fact any relay is operated from the live wire, not neutral. so avoid any blunder. you can disconnect the circuit using neutral wire but again that does not comes under good practice and can have consequences.

You don't rent it, to make it easy for you, you sell your surplus electricity to wapda, it automatically goes to home which requires it or in simple words, goes to the nearest home. Your Special Electric Meter (Known as Netmeter ) keeps a record of how much you have sold it and how much you have purchased it which automatically gets adjusted in next month bill.

try to stick with poly, if you will ask me, i wont care about the brand, i would read the technical data behind, perform a VOC check and short circuit test on solar panels and which so ever passes, i would buy considering that panel has the best price available in market, regarding brand, screw it as it does not matters to me.

the relay question is .. like
i want to install a DPDT relay on main come from wapda to main board of my house wiring .... live and neutral both .... so during the load shedding the relay cut off the live and neutral both from my entire wiring which are coming from wapda.. where my inverter neutral cover the requirement of my selective load ... these all practice required because .. now in current scenario single wire inverter connection where neutral taken from wapda -KE .. during load shedding .. meter show units consuming .. due to neutral taken from wapda -KE pole wire....

please put your recommendation on this ...

you see the burning lines on panels.. this all happen during the hots days of summer in last 2 month...
i face the burning line during hot days and also low amps issue ..
now the current where the temperature goes normal ... amps back to normal but these burning line appears .. how can i safe my panels from these lines ..

Honestly, i did not properly understand as what you are trying to say, During Load shedding, your Meter does not register any units and that has nothing to do with tampering with the Neutral wire.

1. If you will cut the Neutral from WAPDA, that will blow away your inverter, a lesson i am afraid, you will understand the hard way.

2. Output of Solar is a separate wire which runs through all the possible load which you want to power. All the possible loads which you want to power is selected carefully as you dont want to run energy hungry devices on Solar or UPS.

3. once you have selected your load, then solar inverter or UPS will do the dirty work which you want it to be done via installing a relay.

I feel, you have little knowledge regarding electricity, you are anxious and want to learn. but do not experiment as end result can be deadly, such as it may blow away your entire savings such as blowing away every piece of electronics, electrical instrument in home such as AC. Electricity is dangerous, you may even risk your life and property.

mono is considered better and expensive, difference might be between 19/20 marks only, what matters is, you want to install all your solar panels of same size, same rating and same type, may it be poly or mono. Poly is more readily available so i would prefer it. size of my system is 16kw and this matters to me, but if you dont want to expand like i did, then mono is a better choice.

these burning lines resulted from solar panel being scratched by surface. Amp issue of solar panels is because of not using wires of proper thickness, not using mc4 connectors, loose connection between solar panels and solar inverters, not using a proper DC circuit breaker or maybe using an AC circuit breaker instead of DC.

every thing needs diagnosis, sometimes, wires are loose or rusted inside the junction box and requires re soldering. in 90% of the cases, i have witnessed solar panels to be perfectly ok and mistake is an installation end.

further, data of solar panel clearly says that with temperature, output of the solar panel decreases, so this is another fact. output of solar panel decreases with heat so remember, solar panels does not produces power from sun heat but uses solar radiations. further, inclination of solar panels with respect to sun is yet another very important factor. people get fooled by like its an issue with their solar panels.

No .. meter register the units during load shedding .. because the neutral taken from wapda ..
when i shutdown the inverter and close the neutral braker ... meter stop registering units..
this is what i want to resolve ..

Yar, this is not possible, neutral has to remain connected to wapda, further, at maximum, you are using off-grid system, which means, live wire from inverter will only power the connected load. in case, if you have not run the neutral with the live wire, try disconnecting the neutral, all your loads will turn off.

your consumer meter shuts down during load shedding, they have internal rechargeable battery, which keeps the display running just in-order if someone wants to read the units or least time and date settings remains intact so meter can carefully track your off-peak and peak timings and register the units for said zones.

otherwise, meter is practically off and measurements sensors on meter is connected with live wires only. Neutral in most cases is pass through.

so you mean the Units are adjusted in terms of surplus produced with the ones you consumed.
Have people started doing it in Punjab as i havent heard about it in Sindh.

I really appreciate this thread . It provide a lot of information about solar system. I am planning to install a 3.2kva off grid system at home by my self.
Please be kind enough to provide a detailed circuit diagram using INVEREX Axpert 3.2kva VM III inverter with Homage Gel batteries I am somewhat confused about the configuration of the Solar panels . Planning to use 300 Watts panels. How much output DC voltage should I obtain to transfer to inverter. I think 24 volt Battery bank will be utilized in this setup Kindly confirm

As per their brochure, its 120 to 450 DC volts from solar panel array. I would recommend not to go very high as it can get dangerous to work with and it also increases risk of DC arcing.
