you may have to check/test all the solar panels individually, one of the solar panel in series is performing badly. you will have to find the culprit and most of the times, issue is mostly with the rusted solar panel wiring or bad connection of wire with the Solar panel itself at the junction box. you may have to perform soldering work at the junction box either to replace the old wire with mc4 connector or repair the old one after thorough inspection.

Well said.. low quality DC wires with panels become hot and rusted over time and loose efficiency..so any single panel like this will decrease whole series efficiency..how can we check single faulty panels in a a series of 5 or 8 panels

disconnect each and every individual solar panel, keep an amp-meter with you. short both the terminals of individial solar panel and measure the short circuit current. short circut current of all the panels should be same under similar circumstances. fauty panel would be infornt of you in this test

i have facing return in neutral line when i cutoff the KE line phase and neutral both ..
and powered my home supply only with inverter ..

inverex vmiii 3,2 installed ...
double line no single wire connection ..
return show in neutral
always in night and morning solar timing when KE cut off or load shedding time ....

kindly helping me out from this issue .. may be this can be harmful for my inverter ..

It can be harmful as all the neutrals should be common, which implies Neutral from Inverter be connected to the Neutral of Home. No Need to Run two wires, just combine the neutral and Earth at junction box and run live wire across your Home.

At times, electricians make mistake of putting the switch on Neutral, always make connection with Live wire. You may have to check every individual load to catch the mistake.

.... what i understand . did you mean ... can i combine the KE neutral with inverters out neutral ... and common it ..
in current situation .. am cut the neutral and phase wire from KE .. and run my load on inverter in day time with solar .. ..

please .. clear this phase . as i read .. if am combine the neutral with inverter out neutral the KE meter show reading is it true ..

i feel, you have knowledge on electrical and electronics is weak. Ask electrician to combine the neutral coming out from Inverter with the Neutral from KE electric and tell him to do it for you.

Can we tie solar panel cable with its frame. Is it a good practice or it can melt cable in summer as frame will become hot. Moreover, how reliable are nylon cable ties. Pic attached for refrence

Usually Nylon cable ties are used to tie solar panel wires with frame and they are reliable.
1. in series connection of one solar panel with another using MC4 connections, it is important that both the male and female MC4 connectors must be hanging and be away from frame or solar mounts or least be handing two to three inches away from frame or mounts. Because of little shorting which may occur due to rain, current will try to take the path of least resistance directly to ground from frame and these wires will burn and it will break your connection. I have seen this happening number of times. this is an important precaution.
2. Yes you are right, due to heat these wires can burn or rubber content can melt. try to tie it in way that its hanging one or two inches away from the body of frame.

Thank you Talha. I'm installing 5KW in DIY mode. I designed customized elevated structure due to some constraints. I need to wiring management below panels right as arranging elevated platform and bringing it to roof is a mess. I'm attaching the picture, 4 panels are still needs to be mounted. I have bifacial panels and I was routing it through frame to avid cable shadow and it look neat. Based of your feedback I'l now change and keep them away from frame.

@racerali, what is your meant for shuffling the amps and volts. is clamp meter value is correct or the inverter value

I mean these are very intelligent Inverters some time they lower the voltage and make i amp to make Load and Battery charging Effective.

First of all sorry for replying so late. Actually got busy with job and other issues and couldn't use pakwheels. Issue with mismatched panels is, you get least voltage/ amps of all as combined. It means you will get 320watts equivalent power from 335 watt panel aswell when you connect them together. As you have combined less difference panels so i don't think there should be more loss in power. And regarding showing less solar output, these inverters give higher solar outputs once you put sufficient load on them. Like if you are hooking only some leds on the inverter, it may show very less solar power. Try to put some good load like 1kw + then you can see high outputs coming through solar panels
