Oh @hassams I forgot to answer your question here, I will strongly suggest to buy a solar system and coming to the issue of your budget, there are a couple of things by doing which you'll reduce the cost substantially.
First... Let me explain you with my example, once I decided to install Solar System at my place with a Capacity of 5.0 kVA inverter and 3kW panels I asked quotations from different companies. Tesla quoted me a total price of 6 lakh 66 thousand. However I brought it down substantially. This is how.
- They quote galvanised frame for 75000, I didn't go for it, instead I got solid iron frames made up by my welder for 14000 only. And asked them to install on same. That saves me 61,000
- They quoted me cabinet price for 64000, instead I made shelves with my welder in mounty for 5000 only and saved 59000, and got inverter fixed on the wall.
- They quoted AC wiring/circuit breakers for 18000 and DC wiring and Breakers for 45000, total 63000. I made a deal to pay for only the wires and breakers that would actually be used, not lump sump, chose the location for panels very close to inverters and supplied all AC wiring myself and only paid 10,000 and hence saving another 53000.
Now total saving adding all above comes to: 1,73,000/- and you minus that from 666000 and you get a 5 kVA system for under 5 lakhs. Plus you can negotiate a little more to bring down the price and you'll be surprised how much you can actually save by having a good knowledge of what you're going to install. However get it installed from a reputed company please, it will be eventually cheaper and batter.
I am attaching quotation for your reference.
