The mosquito season is upon us. Lets share all useful tips and products for use against mosquitos on this thread.

1) What measures you are taking against mosquitos which are effective?
2) What Spray/company you have used for house fumigation?
3) Are you using any bug zapper (insect killer device)?

So far, i have found Mortein Liquid to be most effective and iIn extreme cases, mortein coil and tiger spray do the job

This thing, it's effective for upto 3 months, means it can easily last one season. It's mixed with water and sprayed on walls but you have to take care if you have colored walls. I've used it for last 3-4 years and it's really effective

Can your please mention how did you prepare it, cost and did it need any precautions like emptying the house etc.

Anyone have experience of using this? Fendona 10% is by a european company BASF and supposed to work very well.

cost was around 400-500 for a pack. Instructions as mentioned you just mix it with water and spray on walls. take care not to get any on yourself or on furniture/food items etc. I just use a sheet to cover floor/furniture etc while spraying the area.

If I dont want to spray in some rooms, I just cover the entrances like doors/windows from outside with a little concentrate. Rest instructions are mentioned on pack. Its available at agricultural stores and nowadays most hardware stores also keep it.
