if u really want to come the m5 to a car then compare it with the benzE55 amg sedanit has a 5.5l v8 supercharged engine that produes 469hp and it clearly has more luxury & performance then the m5
yes indeed these are two cars two compare. the bmw is an allrounder. its got looks, performance, luxury ,hi tech engine and name. the mercedes is not a racing car. its designed for luxury purpose and yes its got style.
not a big fan of e55amg but taking nothing from it.The thing is a bullet.
Both the cars were compared by experts and they said that yes Merc is the fastest sedan but you also need to handle the car while driving. You might get frightened while turning a merc on high speed but you are totally at ease when doing the same with a M5. M5 is a real driver's car.
i av driven both of them but if u go 4 looks sl55 amg is more beautiful then the m5 but m5 is a famous 4 door saloon not a 2door sports car like sl55.sl55 is about 100000 pounds and new m5 is 58000 pounds.i think sl55 is a class
