The buyer has acquired biometric but not performing his biometric

i sold my vitz lahore registered. The buyer made complete payment and paid challan fee for car transfer. Now after taking biometric from me he is not petforming his biometric.15 days have passed .
Can you please guide what all steps i can take and is there any expiry of the biometric which i have provided to buyer.

if he has done transfer payment
he should be the one worried not you

Yes he has pid the transfer challan payment. then sent me the slip of excise epay. and i gave him biometric receipt
sir is there any time limit after which biometric will expire if he does not transfer to his name.

in isb validity is 30 days
after that you can still use it with monthly fine of 2000
