Its very simple now, earlier it was to combine four cameras and do many adjustments. Now you can buy a single cam like Samsung gear 360 or LG 360 cam, these are launched just recently. I've used LG, it can start recording manually or with your mobile using wifi and use internal memory card. The recording is in 360 degree, which can be viewed on pc/mobile or on youtube.
