People don't even know they have to keep their lane. The road twisted a little but this guy didn't bother turning his car's steering and kept its straight line, I see this happening all the time and really grind my gears.

I used to blame the drivers, but when I went through the Pakistani licensing process, I figured out it's not completely the people's fault. No one teaches them how to drive, there is no system for teaching and testing the driving. People who get to learn from good drivers or from someone who learned driving abroad manage to become better drivers, rest of them, they just buy the car and come on the road.
