Celebrating the Harley slogan, "The Eagle Flies Alone" I took this ride on Sunday, all unscheduled. The day before I had removed the fairings to dry clan the bike and get sprayed with diesel but as it turned out I was riding instead...so the cleaning is yet to be done8-|
There was no particular destination, the idea was just to ride so I headed out to the Soun valley mountain range, I also wanted to see how the bike ran on the high terrain.

Now I was all aloe on the ride, armed with only my camera so I wanted to do speed corners and go fast on the hills. NOt a good idea, actually, because the rear tyre on my bike is flatter, kind of drag race style so speed cornering can be fatal, however, going fast on the straights is an easy task.

It was a total of about 95km trip (both ways) I did on this ride, longest I have done on this bike in one stretch. After some 20 minutes of ride when heat had properly got into all the compartments of the engine, it got as light as you could imagine..Even the engine sound becomes quieter..

Thanks for the appreciation. Well, form the streetfighter looks you can see that it is 4 cylinder. Besides that the bike comes with an EXUP valve, one which is also found in modern bikes like R6, R1.
It is a 91 model, no more in production, I know you don't have those in India, hardly a few perhaps, right?
Specs:
Inline 4 DOHC 16 valve liquid cooled engine.
EXUP valve
Chain drive,
CDI ignition
Constant Mesh 6 speed
Mikkuni carbs..
And the whole list is pretty long which I don't remember..

For a Jap bike, maintenance is not a big issue if the bike is free of serious problems. However, minor issues don't bother too much and always come with old bikes.
Ever since my 2 year relationship with the bike I have taken it to mechanic only for oil change and once for the fork seal replacement....I clean the plugs and air filter on my own. Market depends on the condition of the bike. I have seen registered bikes being sold for Rs.100K and also others for Rs.170K, I am talking about 250s above 90 model.
There is no other Jap sport bike around my city within 100 miles.

being a student i have demand every thing from parents so there was bike u also know about it..

1992 kawasaki zx2r..250cc....he was selling it for 120k...that was his deamand..condition was just like yrs

how u see kawaski bikes ...cuz i cant afford to buy bikes ranging above 200k...cuz family wont allow

ZX2r is an awesome bike, price can never decide the condition of the bike, rather it is the condition of the engine itself that should decide about it. But as far my little knowledge is, CBR and FZR have been above ZX2rs and GSXRs in the 250cc class, though foosa had every right to disagree.

Mileage, again, depends on the condition of the bike. I have got just under 17km/liter on my FZR on normal rpm drive, and I am optimist that with a round tyre on long ride it had the potential to give me upto 20km/liter. There is no limit for lower average. If you drive it the way a sport bike is driven then you'd be happy to get 10km/liters.
