Thats bad , very bad, yaar these truck drivers sometime drive trucks for as long as 24 hours continuosly without sleep, they only take breaks for re-filling and meals.
I know it because once i loaded a truck with some furniture and other home appliances from interior Sindh to Karachi and that guy told me he had not slept for 2 days and is driving continuosly, once he reached my place at Karachi , he laid down on floor and the other minute he was snorring badly and that too under the sun
