This is because the good students are enthusiastic to work in R & D but that is virtually non-existent in Pakistan.

While the average students like myself are searching for any job opportunities. They end up maintaining generators and boilers in shifts.

In our country industry and academia don't collaborate like in West. So students don't get to work on real industry projects.

Students mostly copy projects from the web and have become habitual of using tools like Arduino. They don't develop much problem solving skills, so naturally don't contribute a lot in the practical environments.
