Really good work done on the install..Those dash mid / tweeter pods look amazing. You didnt like the soundstage that way bro? Was it too much "in your face" ? Ive been wanting something like that too cause I don't want to cut passengers` legs off

I'd like to add flacs are compressed form of wav,use foobar2000 to convert those flacs into wav and play them on the 80prs. Note: it only plays 16 bit wav files.

Thank you so much sir,yes the guy did charge a lot when making them but the craftsmanship is definitely there. The soundstage was nice but the reflections were an issue due to the tremendous off axis response the dome driver design exhibits. Plus the 80prs which isn't designed for three way sets doesn't come below 1.25 khz on the highs so it was a waste of a good midbass driver to play it up that high as Morel crosses them at 700hz.

Yes in fact at high volumes pillars can be devastating no amount of EQ can help with the physical dimension of the driver being too close.You can go pillars if you'd like but i think you have a two way so i'd advise mounting the tweeter high in the door,that saves it from reflections and gives it good width.Each install is different and there's a lot of trial and error so see what suites you best and keep experimenting till you get there and i hope you won't need to cut anyone's legs off.

Would love to do it again. Also wanna listen to the scanspeak tweeters Im sure Nauman Bhai's setup is an eye opener

Sir this is an actual incident @stj174 will vouch for me here when I heard them for the first time I said "They don't just sound like tweeters,they sound like a midrange" Never had I seen such tweeter play with such authority.This is just the ones that he has right now,I can't imagine what the F1 status ones would do which are beasts compared to this one.You know as they say,when you want something the universe truly does everything to make sure you get it.Even as a two way,this would put a lot of 3 way setups to shame.Can't wait to see what happens when he installs the rest of the stuff.

Congrats coldie, thats the way to do it. This kappa is a wild beauty as i have been saying again and again on forums. Mcintoshs with morels, a great combo.

Thank you taimoor bhai, yes indeed this is a crazy crazy sub.I still remember listening it in your car,I haven't even given it a mono yet which it truly deserves. Yes not that I own a Mac but they have this unique signature sound that everyone is fond of and you'll see many people swearing by them.Maybe it's even about personal preferences but I just loved the way they sounded the first time I heard them and I'm really lucky to have them all thanks to the one sitting up there in the heavens.Satisfied with the things I have,no need to change something just for the sake of change I only invest in something If i believe i've hit a bottleneck with what I currently have and the difference is justified.

Do let me know when you visit,it's been quite a while and it would be nice to catch up.God bless...

I worked in high end audio retail for 10 years. In that time, I put just about every high end speaker imaginable in some incredible, contest winning systems. A couple of years ago I picked up a set of these speakers. They are without a doubt the best sounding, best imaging, most natural, realistic sounding set of car audio speakers I have ever heard. First time a heard this System 340 from Dynaudio, was at a Car Audio competition in Manila. When I heard it, I was immediately interested. I have heard hundreds of Audiophiles gearing up with high-end speakers. But this is the first time that i have listened a set of speakers like this. It is probably the most neutral speakers that I have heard. Try strumming a guitar... a real one, its the EXACT same sound that you will hear from this speakers. The human voice is exactly what you hear from a real singing person. And the sound detail is perfect, just like you are listening to a live singer.
They reproduce sound like never before, sound staging is excellent and the listening PLEASURE is awesome! If you really enjoy SQ, I will greatly recommend this set of speakers. For me this is the best! I have stopped searching the moment a bought this speakers. You will probably too...

Basically the story goes like this,these belonged to the uncle of a friend of mine and were imported way back.He installed them on the rear deck,yes you read that right. =P

There were actually two sets,unfortunately one didn't get to live the tale.So my friend sold them to dr.shaggy,from there onto Vacas bhai and currently in my posession.Btw your MD190 subwoofer came from the same place as well,it was almost BNIB. =)
