Well we did happen manage the smoke and fuel, we fine tuned the fuel pump & nozzles, so the fuel pump should only increase the fuel when the boost is high. We tuned the fuel pump using Air/Fuel Ratio tool, so we can know, how much lean or rich the engine is running. After many test runs & trials, we reach the point where the engine was running perfectly with a very lil bit of smoke... and with low EGTs between (600-700) at higher RPMs. That diesel tuning took us almost 1 whole week to fine tune the fuel.
That was our success AL HAMDU LILLAH. Many people/mechanics here dont even know how to tune the fuel pump according to the boost, they just say
"Boost ziada he gaa, o thallay ala screw thora jeya khol deyo, diesel khul jaa si"
But they dont know what they are really messing with, that screw opening thing is really a death for a diesel engine.
