And after a 14-year long wait, the 4th generation of 2022 Lexus LX 600 is finally here. It would not be wrong, if we say the wait was worth as all-new SUV comes with improvements in exterior, interior, engine and safety features. First of the weight of the car has been reduced by whooping 200-kilogram compared to its previous generations.
Exterior
The new styling of the car is as per the expectations, which features a
side profile denoting the LX is
heavily related to its Toyota equivalent. Most notably, Lexus has a slightly different
rear pillar and
quarter glass, however, the rest of the silhouette is
largely identical. Meanwhile, at the front, the massive
spindle grille and a
wide LED light bar at the backside shows the major changes from the previous LX. And the company has use
chrome quite generously.
And the final significant offering is 22-inch Alloy Wheels, the largest for the vehicle.

Interior
The interior of new 2022 Lexus LX 600 has seen the
biggest upgrades. And the first one is
12.3-inch Dual Touchscreen. The upper part of the screen shows Audio Controls,
Navigation, and Off-Road details, if you decide to go on a
beaten path. Meanwhile, the
lower-portion tell you about the Climate Settings, and can work as a support screen for
Multi-Terrain Select as this setting shows camera feed on the upper screen, while the lower one
displays off-road data.
For the first time since Lexus inception in 1995, the car got Ultra Luxury grade with independent rear seats. The seats can recline up to 48-degree for a very comfortable journey. Furthermore, the front seats can also fold down with single push of a button for a greater leg room of up to 43 inches.
The other salient features in new Lexus are Overhead Ceiling Vents, Rear Seat Entertainment System, Reading Lights, Sunshades on the side, Quarter Windows, Curved Headrests and Backrests, and a Centre Screen between the Rear Seats.

Engine
There is no surprise under the hood as
3.5L V6 Twin-Turbo engine has replaced the old 5.7L V8 Naturally Aspirated Engine. Moreover, The new engine pumps
409hp and 650Nm Torque, mated with
10-Speed Automatic Transmission.
