Definitely. Gujarat is a prime example.There the various communities fight ever too often. Some states are pefect examples of communal harmony. I have been to India twice and have met people from all over India (Asam, Tripura, Mizzoram, Haryana, UP etc.) I really appreciate the way the architectural heritage is preserved in India and the way such a diverse populace is woven in the fabric of nationalism despite of all discriminations.
