The new Honda Civic sedan debuted at the Guangzhou Auto Show in September. It has now been officially listed on the China car market. Price starts at 131,800 yuan (17.9 lac PKR) for the 1.8 and ends at 185,800 yuan (25.2 lac PKR) for the 2.0 liter version. The Civic is made in China by the Dongfeng-Honda joint venture.

The 1.8 liter engine produces 141hp and 174nm and the 2.0 liter engine produces 155hp and 190nm. Transmission: 5-speed manual or 5-speed automatic. Main competitors are Dongfeng-Peugeot 308, FAW-Toyota Corolla, Dongfeng-Nissan Sylphy, FAW-Volkswagen New Bora and the Chang’an-Mazda 3.
